How do I make a claim?

We know how important your home is to you and how inconvenient it can be living without the things you need, so we’ll get your claim processed and your building and/or contents either repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

All you need to do is call us on 1800 611 422 and we will look after the rest.  On most occasions there will be no paperwork, we may however like to visit you to ensure the best service is provided in your time of need.
