To make a change to your car policy, just call the above number and let us know what needs to be updated and we will look after this for you, to ensure you are always fully covered.
Some common things you must let us know about include:
- Change to the registered owner of the vehicle
- Changing your personal details – such as your address, email or phone numbers.
- Adding an extra driver to your policy. When you call, you will need to know a few details about the person, such as their date of birth and their driving history for the last 5 years.
- Any changes to your car or its accessories.
- Changes to the use of your vehicle.

Changing your bank details?
If you pay your premium by direct debit or credit card and have changed your bank details, just make sure to let us know what your new numbers are by calling 1300 858 747, so we can update your policy.
It is important that you notify us of any changes (as shown above) before they happen. If you do not tell us about these changes, you may risk your policy being cancelled or a claim not paid.
